Starting a brand new church community, or "Church Planting", is not for the faint-hearted, and requires several things to come together, such as:
(1) The power of God at work in and through ordinary people
(2) Resilient and dedicated Church Plant Leaders
(3) Committed Launch Team members who share a common vision with their leader(s)
(4) Tonnes of prayer and support from the wider church family
How Antioch Plants Churches
To help us start new congregations across the Diocese of Manchester, Antioch has developed something called the 11-Stage Church Planting Loop, as below:

This Loop can work as a kind of map to see where a church planter and their planting or "launch" team is, in the build up to launching. The 11-Stage Loop also forms the basis of our REAP Church Planting Course, which is both for church plant leaders and launch team members. In fact, it's for anyone who is interested in the subject, and who is considering whether they might be involved in something like this in the future.
The REAP Church Planting Course
Our REAP Course starts every Autumn, and we tend to alternate between in-person and online courses. For this current REAP cohort, we are meeting monthly at a South Manchester venue, so for the cohort beginning in Autumn 2024, it will likely be held mostly over Zoom.

If you are interested in our REAP course, there are 2 options:
(1) You can check out our online training content, or
(2) You can email to get on our REAP Mailing List for next time.
