Former US mega-church pastor Francis Chan recently left his home in the US with his family, and moved to Hong Kong in order to try and plant small churches amongst unreached people.
He and his team started 3 small churches since then in Hong Kong, each about 15-20 people, and before they had chance to get "settled", Chan received some shocking news - his visa was revoked and he had to leave Hong Kong within roughly 4 weeks and return to the USA.
The question was, what about the churches we have to leave behind? Will they survive? Will new leaders emerge? How is this going to work?
In the above video, Francis' story illustrates why it is so important to train new leaders.
